We are having Tree Monkeys come and trim the Palm trees on the common grounds. They are giving homeowners a deal to trim your palms. They are charging $45 a Palm . If you would like them to trim your Palm trees please let me know ASAP so I can put you on the list.

Here is an update on what is going on in our neighborhood. We as a board have asked the Managment company to look into making the empty lot in the cul-de-sac into a small parking space for about three or four cars. This would help with guest parking overnight. They would be able to park there in stead of the street. We have been have some issue with street parking so we also decided to put up signs to help remind people that there is no overnight parking on the streets |

Just a friendly reminder to pick up your pets poop ?? when walking them. I personally have seen piles left in the lawns my dog almost rolled in some in my front lawn . So please be curtious and pick it up. Thanks |

The board has hired a tree service to trim some trees on the common areas if you have an oak tree that needs to be trimmed they will trim it for $150.00 . We are working on getting better pricing for the community but if you have your own tree company you can share that on this board . |

The board is having the side walks pressure washed to clean them up . The work will be done on 8/1/18 Please do not park on the side walks for the next few days as the workers will not be able clean the sidewalk. |

The board has heard some issues with the neighborhood being a little dark at nite. We have contacted FPL and they are going to upgrade the light bulbs to LED . By upgrading the bulbs it will make the street brighter and safer and it will also lower our monthly cost . There is no charge to us for this upgrade. |
